This order was won from Oasis Realty, Mumbai which is a joint venture between Oberoi Realty and Sahana Builders. In the past, Blue Star has executed HVAC as well as plumbing and fire-fighting services for Oberoi Mall, Oberoi School, Oberoi Commerz, Oberoi Splendour Prisma, Oberoi Grande, Oberoi Exquisite-3 Towers and Oberoi Commerz II.
The project booked comprises electro-mechanical works for their prestigious mixed-use development project consisting of an 85-storey residential tower and podium with four levels of basement. Blue Star's scope includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and plumbing works and fire-fighting services. The plumbing scope includes supply and installation of piping work including valves and other materials for water supply, drainage (soil, waste and vent), hot water supply, storm water drainage, water supply transfer pumps, hydropneumatic system, control panels, cables, civil works and manholes, amongst others. Blue Star has booked an order valued at Rs. 12 crores from Pioneer eServe (KLJ Group) for Noida One. Noida One is an IT Park located in the developed Sector-62 of Noida. It will be an IT complex of approximately 6,00,000 sq ft with efficient floor plans. It will have the latest technological features like Wi-Fi enabled towers, earthquake resistant RCC structure, 100% power back-up, multi-level parking and international style landscaping.
Sector-62 in Noida is a rapidly developing IT hub for multinational firms sourcing IT services. International giants are based out of this location. Several other companies have opted for their Indian branch offices here because of the suburban atmosphere and easy access to Delhi.

The project is a 525-bedded, super-speciality hospital spread over an area of 5.75 lakh sq ft. Apollo Hospitals is the forerunner of integrated healthcare in Asia, as well as globally. Its presence encompasses over 10,000 beds across 51 hospitals.
The scope of the project includes HVAC works comprising supply of 6 chilled and condenser water pumps, 4 cooling towers, 140 double skin air handling units, 210 fan coil units, 59 ventilation fans as well as associated piping, ducting and insulation works. RMZ Ecoworld is a campus which is being developed by RMZ on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road. The total area planned to be developed at Ecoworld is about 4 million sq ft and the campus is expected to house leading technology majors. Blue Star has been associated with all the major IT campuses built by RMZ. Most of the HVAC plants at these campuses use screw chillers manufactured by Blue Star. RMZ Galleria is the most prominent mixed-use development project coming up on Airport Road in Bengaluru. While it originally began as an online store, the venture soon diversified, and currently sells virtually every kind of retail merchandise. Amazon ventured into the Indian online shopping market recently and this new Fulfillment Centre is amongst the first few warehouse facilities.The company plans to open another 300 warehouses across India over the next 5 years.

Blue Star M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd has been awarded a contract for HVAC works for the Starling Boutique Mall which houses Somerset Damansara Uptown Service Apartment. The value of the project is approximately Rs. 108 crores. Blue Star M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd is a joint venture of Blue Star with the Arab Malaysian Group to cater to the MEP requirements of the Malaysian region.
The scope of work for Blue Star includes HVAC works for Starling Boutique Mall and Somerset Damansara Uptown Service Apartment. Starling Boutique Mall is planned to be a large shopping mall, with a rentable area of 3,80,000 sq ft spread over five levels with a mix of retail, fine dining and outlets for various leisure pursuits. The mall is one-of-its-kind, showcasing the latest architectural features.
Somerset Damansara Uptown Service Apartment is part of the Somerset Group of Hotels. The Service Apartment Tower is envisaged to be 24 storeys tall with 200 rooms. It is scheduled to be inaugurated in 2016 and will be managed by renowned service residence owner-operator, The Ascott Limited.

Blue Star has booked a significant order for HVAC works valued at Rs. 23 crores for the upcoming Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal, Haryana from JMC Projects (I) Ltd.
The State Government of Haryana is establishing a medical college at Karnal in the memory of the famous astronaut, the late Kalpana Chawla, who belonged to Karnal. It was decided by the Government to construct a new medical college with 100 MBBS seats and new state-of-the-art hospital with 500 beds on a turnkey basis. Hospital Services Consultation Corporation (HSCC) India Ltd., Noida, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has been appointed to provide consultancy services from concept to commissioning for the project. The project will be completed in 25 months. The estimated project cost is Rs. 645 crores. The college and hospital are being constructed in the heart of the city on an area measuring approximately 50 acres.

Citadines is part of The Ascott, Singapore, which is the world's largest international serviced residence owner-operator with over 22,000 serviced residential units in 74 cities across 21 countries in Europe, the Asia Pacific and Gulf regions. The company operates three brands - Ascott, Citadines and Somerset.
The proposed block of serviced apartments comprises studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units with a total of 269 keys, housed in a structure (including basement, ground floor + 8 floors) having built-up area of around 2.25 lakh sq ft.

Blue Star has booked an order worth Rs. 6.2 crores for the air conditioning and ventilation works of SmartCity Kochi, an IT Special Economic Zone in Kochi, Kerala.
SmartCity Kochi is promoted, at a cost of about Rs. 2,000 crores, by Smart City (Kochi) Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture company formed for the purpose of creating IT infrastructure across the world. The Government of Kerala and TECOM Investments, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding (owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai), are the main investors in the company.
Spread over 246 acres, the project envisages a minimum of 88 lakh sq ft of built-up space, out of which at least 62 lakh sq ft will be specifically for IT/ITES/allied services. On completion, SmartCity Kochi would be one of the largest IT SEZs in the country. The project is expected to create over 90,000 direct jobs and is a flagship project of the Government of Kerala for developing IT infrastructure at Kochi.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is a subsidiary of the Tata Group, which serves as the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Group. TRIL Infopark is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created to execute Ramanujan IT City in Chennai.
In the past, Blue Star has executed four large projects for TRIL Infopark - blocks A, B, C & D in the same campus. It is this positive past experience that prompted the customer to award Blue Star the order for blocks E & F as well.

Blue Star has booked a work order towards 1,800 TR HVAC for Centenary Mall, located on Bistupur main road, Jamshedpur. The order was booked from Forum Retail, Kolkata.
Centenary Mall is the first large mall coming up in the heart of Jamshedpur. The project, which comprises high street shopping, large format anchor stores, multiplex (4 screens by INOX), gourmet dining, as well as a banquet hall for 1,000 people, is spread over approximately 3.5 lakh sq ft.
In the past, Blue Star has executed four large projects with Forum Retail, Kolkata including Forum Mall, Kolkata (975 TR), Technopolis IT Park (a Green building; 1,600 TR), Forum Mall Extension (300 TR) and Forum Mall, Bhubaneswar (500 TR).
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a Mumbai-based multinational IT services and consulting company, operating in 46 countries. It’s part of the Tata Group, and is the second largest Indian company by market capitalisation, with a highly valued IT service brand globally. TCS’s latest office premises is coming up in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The consultant for this project is Tata Consultancy Engineers.

Sunmed Healthcare Hospital is the most sought-after multi-specialty hospital in Madurai. It is a part of the Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre (MMHRC) which is the largest multi-specialty hospital in southern Tamil Nadu.
Sunmed’s new multi-specialty hospital is planned to be equipped with 250 beds and will cover an area of 4.5 lakh sq ft including the hospital and service blocks.

Plumbing:13 Pump sets, piping, traps, valves and accessories, and ITC of sanitaryware and CP fittings, amongst other things. Fire-fighting: Six fire pumps, fire hydrants and accessories, sprinklers and accessories, and fire-fighting pipe-works with necessary fittings.

The scope of the order includes: SITC of MS piping, sprinklers and hydrant accessories, deluge valves for water curtain system, drainage pipework of cast iron IS 3989 pipes and GI pipes, water supply pipework of GI and CPVC pipes, PRV sets, valves, and drainage accessories. The main challenge at this site will be the stringent timeline set for completion of the project. As much as 14 lakh sq ft of work needs to be completed within 12 months.

The JV is now promoting a commercial tower, Edge 10, in Koregaon Park, Pune, that is designed to have three basements, a ground floor, mezzanine and 22 stories above, constituting a total area of around 1.1 million sq ft.The MEP Consultant for this project is SN Joshi Consultants from Pune, the Cost Consultant is WTP from Pune and the Architect is PG Patki Architects from Mumbai.

The scope of the order includes: Fire-fighting: Seven MSMO pumps, hydrant valves and accessories, sprinklers, water curtains, GI piping, extinguishers and related electrical works. Electrical: UPS, light fixtures, DBs, cables, cable trays, earthing and point wiring.

The scope of the order includes: HVAC Package: Eight 950TR water cooled Centrifugal Chillers, three 375TR water cooled Screw Chillers, 11 cooling towers, 22 primary/condenser pumps, AHUs, 175 TFA units, 65 Fan Coil Units, 18 Precision Units, 613 axial fans, eight air washers, scrubber, 14km of piping, 573 VAVs, 1,35,000 sq m of ducting, grilles, diffusers, dampers and insulation; Plumbing & Fire-fighting: Two Fire Pumps, three Jockey Pumps, three Water Curtain Pumps, 170km of MS piping, 41,053 sprinklers, 2030 sprinkler drops, 4245 fire extinguishers, 32km of CI piping, 46 PHE Pumps, sanitary fixtures, 37km of GI piping, 2km of HDPE piping, 346 masonry chambers. Of this, the Fire Piping of 65mm dia and above is mounted on grooved joints.
The site throws up multiple challenges. For one, this prestigious project of Hines is expected to adhere to stringent international compliance and safety norms. Secondly, there are a total of over 600 drawings that must be prepared within six months! Thirdly, the building is a high-rise, hence material-handling, lifting and shifting are all challenging due to the heights involved. Finally, the manpower requirement is high due to the large quantum of piping and ducting.

Worth Rs 35 crores, this order is for HVAC works across the entire 15 lakh sq ft of the building covering 3 levels of basement, a ground floor and 8 floors above. ARCOP Associates, Gurugram, is the Architect for the project while Sanelac is the HVAC Consultant.
Blue Star’s scope will include 2000TR of air conditioning which will include extensive hardware such as four cooling towers, seven pumps, 34 AHUs, 61 FCUs, four HRWs, four air washers, and 215 axial fans, amongst others, and will need around 21km of piping and 50,000 sq m of ducting in all! The scope includes other accessories like valves, air distribution products, insulation, and HVAC-related Electrical Works.

Blue Star has secured the order to design, supply, construct, and commission a 10,000 TR District Cooling Plant, integrating it with the existing system and thermal energy storage tanks at DCP-1. This includes the installation of 2,500 TR HT chillers, pumps, cooling towers, transformers, and SCADA-based control systems. Tata Consultancy Engineers (TCE) are the consultants for this project. Blue Star will also create a 3D model (LOD-400) of the plant and perform key engineering analyses.
The main challenge lies in integrating the new systems with the existing infrastructure while maintaining high efficiency. The plant will also need to adapt as GIFT City grows, incorporating future advancements in cooling technology.
